VuWall delivers flexible operator video wall control at the Cantonal Police of Glarus Emergency Call Center
Cantonal Police of Glarus (Kantonspolizei) moved into its new emergency call center seeking a solution for their dispatchers and operators to have the ability to see a variety of informational sources with ease, flexibility, and speed. Integrator AVS Systeme AG installed a 4×2 Barco UniSee borderless LCD video wall in the main control room and 4×3 Barco UniSee video wall in the situation room. They selected VuWall to power both video walls with their VuScape video wall controllers, VuStream encoders and powerful video wall management software for the utmost flexibility and interoperability. VuWall’s system is able to process a variety of content from IP cameras, websites, data, third-party SCADA, business analytics, and social media data. It also integrates with the IHSE Matrix switch for seamless KVM capabilities. VuWall’s solution was quick to deploy and easy to use for control room operators who can quickly respond to emergency situations.
